TeleTECH Co., Ltd. is a company established in 1975 that provides technical services for broadcast programs, including electronic news gathering (ENG), lighting, outside broadcasting, satellite news gathering (SNG) relays, and production. It formerly had an affiliated post-production company, TeleTECH Media Park, which handled VTR editing and multi-audio (MA) services.
As of January 2018, it owned two large trailer-type HD outside broadcast vehicles, one of which was 4K-capable; three HD outside broadcast vehicles, one of which was 4K-capable; and one small SNG-capable outside broadcast vehicle. It was the only company in Japan to own two large trailer-type HD outside broadcast vehicles.
TeleTECH was formerly an equity-method affiliate of TV Asahi, but ceased to be one after TV Asahi sold its shares in fiscal year 2001. However, as of 2018, TV Asahi continued to second an executive to the company on a part-time basis, and the relationship remained in place.
