History

Overview
In 1982, while Yukihiro Takahashi was active in Yellow Magic Orchestra, he became independent from his former management company, Yoroshita Music, and established the company as a personal management office. Haruomi Hosono also joined at the time of its establishment, and the office also managed and operated the ¥EN label. After the ¥EN label ended, Hosono left and established his own personal management office, Medium.
The company subsequently expanded in scale and personnel and continues to operate as a comprehensive music management office, broadly handling the management of musicians, manipulators, and recording engineers, as well as the planning and production of recordings and concerts. Yoshiko Takahashi, who later changed her name to SILVA, was also affiliated with the company during her time at Epic Sony.
The company continues to maintain its connection with YMO and has consistently handled system coordination since the group's reformation in 1993.
